New totally renovated fully furnished first floor condo right on the sand featuring a complete kitchen with new high end appliances including a full size sub zero refrigerator, oven, microwave, keurig and regular coffee makers, blender, toaster, and anything else that you will need to prepare complete meals.

The unit is open concept with the living area furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs. A dining table with seating for six, and three flat screen t.Vs capable of streaming in the living room and bedrooms. Fast wifi for the exclusive use of the unit is included in addition to a computer for your use. Queen beds in both bedrooms, and a sofa that converts to a queen bed in the living room. There are pillows, blankets, and comforters for all beds in the unit, and our linen package contains all of the sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels for up to six guests. The queen bedroom beds are made before your arrival by our cleaners. The bathroom has a walk in shower and vanity. There is a patio and deck with patio furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset watching. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided.
